constant issues with the building owners means this store suffers. sometimes it's crazy hot because they have no AC, sometimes the internet is broken and they close early and until its working again, which might not be until the next day or later. but it's a UPS store and the staff is generally friendly

I paid for an item to be over night shipped on a Saturday. It didn’t get to the location until Tuesday night. Not worth $54!! I called the store about it and was referred to corporate. I called them and they forwarded me back to the store. They said they put in the claim. I waited a couple weeks and didn’t hear back so I called again. After about 4 more calls and messages I finally got a response it was denied but was going to be resubmitted. It’s been ridiculous dealing with these people. Nobody know anything when you call. Still waiting for refund
