TGI Fridays at 888 N Route 59, Aurora, Illinois.

What a horrible experience. Took 10 mins to get us water and a milk for our daughter. We ordered the kids meal first (way before we ordered our own food) cause we wanted her to eat before us, yet it came out after our food! No plates for appetizers, asked for napkins but couldn't get that either. Drink refill, don't even bother asking. And the food was below average. No plans on ever going back. Go elsewhere. And from previous reviews, doesn't seem like this was a one off, or bad day for the waitress, just poor service overall.
